Επιστολή δια
μέσου ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος με την
οποία ανακαλεί την πρώτη έστειλε στο
δικηγόρο μας ο κ. Ντίνος από την Νέα
Υόρκη. Να υπενθυμίσουμε ότι στο πρώτο
ηλεκτρονικό του μήνυμα σε μέλη του
Πανηλειακού Συλλόγου της Νέας Υόρκης
(διόμισυ σελίδες) ούτε λίγο ούτε πολύ
έγραφε αναλήθειες για τον Σύλλογο μας
και τους αξιωματούχους του! Το έχουμε
το γράμμα “λίβελο” του κ. Ντίνου. Όπως
έχουμε και το γράμμα που του έστειλε ο
δικηγόρος ο οποίος απαιτούσε να ανακαλέσει
εντός 48 ωρών. Οπωσδήποτε έχουμε και την
επιστολή που ανακαλεί στην αγγλική με
την οποία σε 24 ώρες ανακάλεσε ο κ. Ντίνος. Μπράβο του. Αλλά
έπρεπε να φτάσουμε έως εκεί;
Η Σύνταξη
Η Επιστολή με e-mail έχει ως εξής:
Dear
Mr. Kafkas,
I am in receipt of your email
dated January 27, 2016 and the attached 2 page letter which is dated January 26,
2016. Pursuant to your demand in your last paragraph on page 2 of your January
26, 2016 letter, I am hereby retracting the “typed out document in the Greek
language” you refer to in paragraph one of page 1 of your January 26, 2016
letter. I have sent an email stating I am retracting the aforementioned
document to the persons that I have distributed it to. I have not sent the
aforementioned document to any entities. In accordance with your January 26,
2016 letter, this retraction occurred on January 27, 2016, which is within your
demanded 48 hour time limit, and since compliance has been met, it is my
understanding you will not be taking the actions described in the last paragraph
of your January 26, 2016 letter.
